My account was recently hacked I guess, so I had to change my email and password. Now the thing is they are asking for a 6-digit password reset code, I tried inputting what I have been receiving, but it says “the number you have entered doesn’t match the code, please try again”. I’m sure it’s the correct one due to the time stamp, but why am I encountering an error?
I experienced the same thing with Facebook, I know I’m entering the right code due to the time stamp but I’m still getting an error message and I can’t log in to my Facebook account. They suck 
Have you tried to email their support regarding this concern with logging into your account?
If you can’t log in to your Facebook account and you’ve done everything you could and it still doesn’t work out, just create another one
