Upon starting a Youtube channel, is having an aesthetic youtube icon a big factor or not? What other factors should I be mindful of?
Definitely having an aesthetic icon in YouTube would be really appealing but I personally think your content and how you present your content creatively is much of a big factor than your aesthetic YouTube icon. In the first place, you go to YouTube to watch videos not to be pleased with aesthetic icons!

This is so true! I appreciate this, I will not be more mindful of the aesthetics of the YouTube icon or even the editing of the videos but more of the content specifically
Yes, it can be a factor definitely but not to the point that if you have a bad youtube icon and not an aesthetic one, people will not view your content
